There is something here that I wonder about. For example, much of sex is an anticipation, the actuality of which prompts more anticipation, and so it is with love and all things. I am wondering about the connection between the relation anticipation and actuality and the relation appearance and reality. Could it be that reality is simply the occurrence—the actuality—and appearance the condition simply of the anticipation of occurrence?
