It is a sort of ‘Street Philosophy’, a ‘People’s Philosophy’
1. Teach Philosophers how to do it;
2. They go and do it — no pay, no acclaim, no acknowledgement
This is Preaching the Word
Writing essays, sitting in rooms and talking about it may be okay for those that want only to do that, but if anyone wants to share philosophy, to bring philosophy to others, then they must exchange the word, they must face people, and show them the magic of the inspiration they have, show them the sense of the beyond, show them the excitement of it all. Writing the books is the ‘icing on the cake’, the philosophy must be done first, and that’s not philosophy being done to captive groups of willing elective students, it is moving with people, sharing your inspiration, finding clarity, enhancing their won wisdom, creating wisdom for yourself. And if the philosopher is no altruist, the gain is there, the feedback loop is in play, the wisdom is passed back.
