The important element here is the ‘Word’. My thinking on it goes like this: P (the philosopher), with a sense of purpose unknown to O (the other) focuses on the world of O and brings clarity to bear. This clarity enwisens O and this new wisdom comes back to P who is in some way enhanced ('enwisend'-- made more clear). This enwisened clarity based on O can be fed back into the 'system' which may then produce even more for either P or O in unknown quantities. The process relies on clear and unbroken focus on O.
I think the Word is the content of philosophy which can inspire clarity and wisdom and which can be channelled by focussed attention of the philosopher on another. Some words come to mind here.

The Word seems to me the inspiration within philosophy.
The Word is the content of Philosophy which can inspire clarity and wisdom and which can be channelled by the focussed attention of the philosopher on another.
But the Word can be a glance, a touch, a smile, a penetration of the eyes. The idea of the Word contains more than words.
The process starts with Focussed Involvement in the life of another and moves to Reflective Awakening. The process is: Engaging, Enwisening, Exchanging, Enlightening.
